Committed
to excellence, innovation, continuous process improvement and environmental
protection, the NEL Division provide a flexible, cost-effective
service producing quality precision engineered metal components
for a wide range of industries world-wide.
A quality service
NEL offer a full manufacturing service from the preparation of computer
aided design artwork and chemically machined metal components through
to a fully assembled, quality approved product. The service can
be customised to suit your individual requirements, selecting the
specific techniques to match the materials and the component.
Our service is:
• Cost effective: low tool costs
give competitive costs
• Flexible: range of techniques
and finishes, ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys, prototype
and volume production
• Efficient: delivery of precision
products on time. In all our activities we set, and strive to achieve,
quality standards of product and service that ensure efficient defect-free
operation. By doing it right, first time, we ensure the satisfaction
of our customers and optimise our own efficiency.

Our
manufacturing methods assure the highest quality and fast service.
The unique process has low tool-cost, using the state of the art
CAD generated phototools, giving high dimensional accuracy, controllable
and repeatable results. Even the most complex designs can be made
to close tolerances, without stress or burrs. We offer high quality,
low cost fabrication, ideally suited to both volume production and
fast prototyping.
The flexibility of the process means that we can offer a range of
techniques depending on the materials and the product, fabricating
simple or complex designs. Used widely in electrical and electronic
engineering the process can be applied to all other industries utilising
most metals and alloys from 0.05mm to 2mm thickness.
